**Overview**
As a Security Guard at Gladious Security, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, preventing and responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will be crucial in safeguarding properties and ensuring the safety and security of all individuals on site.

**Duties**
- **Patrol and Surveillance**: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or security breaches. Utilize surveillance systems effectively to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- **Incident Response**: Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, including alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. Follow established protocols to manage and report incidents.
- **Access Control**: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry. Verify identification and maintain accurate records of access.
- **Customer Service**: Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and staff. Address any concerns or inquiries in a respectful manner.
- **Reporting**: Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or anomalies. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety protocols.

**Experience**
- **BSP License**: Possession of a valid Bureau de la Sécurité Privée (BSP) license is required.
- **French Speaking**: Proficiency in French is an asset, as it will enhance communication with clients and the local community.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
