**Shift Energy Group** is hiring a **Customer Success Coordinator** to deliver exceptional service and support across our solar and energy storage projects in the Vancouver Island region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a Project Manager role.

We're a leader in designing and building solar and energy storage projects across Canada. We work on residential, commercial, off-grid, and on-grid projects, offering comprehensive solar and energy storage solutions tailored to diverse energy needs.

**About the Role**:
In this role you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer success and project coordination. Working closely with clients, Customer Success Specialists, and permitting authorities, you’ll play a key part in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with our high standards. You’ll receive training and mentorship with a clear path toward developing into a Project Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating project activities
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
- Support permitting processes and track required documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project details
- Learn project management best practices to prepare for a future Project Manager role

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1 year of customer success or customer service experience — ideally in construction, clean tech, or home services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for clean energy and project management

**Details**

- Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
