Our fast-paced and vibrant pizza place in New Orleans is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, love to work in a team, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

**Job Description**:
As a Shift Supervisor/Team member at our pizza place, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Additional skills you can develop as a General Manager in Training: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Scheduling, Leading Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Leading Great Customer Service, Managing Attendance & punctuality, Leading Store cleanliness and Food Safety, Marketing, Profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a pizza place or restaurant setting preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and orders
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
