CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in finance, commerce, or a related financial discipline degree
- Strong background and understanding of finance and investing fundamentals
- Strong desire to continuously learn about investing and financial markets
- Experience with intercompany financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem, solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, evaluate and prepare corporate valuation metrics
- Create shareholder analysis for review
- Develop marketing material for investors meetings
- Maintain Vertex’ website in relation to the Investors Relations
- Integrate research for financial modelling
- Create public disclosure documents, annual reports and news releases
- Liaise with Senior Management and Executive Teams to provide meaningful analysis and in-depth reviews
