**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, zoning regulations, and land use policies to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide guidance on the development and implementation of land use strategies that align with our goals.
- Evaluate potential real estate opportunities, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on potential investment opportunities to be presented to our company's management team.
- Collaborate with other members of our team to develop comprehensive implementation strategies.
- Build relationships with city planners, government officials, and other stakeholders to stay informed on the latest developments in local land use policies and regulations.
- Provide advice to various internal and external stakeholders on a variety of land use and development matters, ensuring positive client relationships are maintained.
- Stay current on zoning and building codes, environmental regulations, and other legal issues.
- Provide guidance on the design and development of real estate projects to ensure compliance with local zoning and land use policies.
- Present projects to communities, planning officials, and planning commissions and potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 10 years of experience working in city planning or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of local zoning and land use policies, planning and building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
