Looking to be part of an exciting and rapidly growing industry? Paramount Coastal Designs Ltd. is a local jewelry business, located in Victoria, that sells across North America. With two distinct jewelry lines, each boasting its own distinctive flair, branding and sales avenues.

This position is based out of our Victoria Studio, but most of the work could be done remotely if desired.

**Duties**:

- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develop social media campaigns
- Define KPIs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels (both brands)
- On location stories when needed
- Basic engagement with customers and followers
- Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a network
- Develop brand-specific content

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a social media in a similar role (at least 2 years)
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Organized and able to multitask
- Thrives in an engaging and fun workplace
- Has exceptional communication and people skills
- Disciplined work style with the ability to work unsupervised
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
