Pockit Self Storage, Winnipeg’s newest and premier self storage facility is looking for an outgoing & professional individual to join our customer service & sales team as a Customer Service Representative. Applicants should be energetic, self-motivated, and sincere; have a positive attitude and enjoy helping customers. Applicants should also possess excellent multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills, capable of delivering exceptional customer service and be familiar with computers, cash handling, and general store opening and closing procedures.
Experience in either general sales, budgeting, service contracts, hotel / property management, auto rental, and food service industry are desired but not required.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist in all day-to-day aspects of a self storage facility. You will promote and sell self storage products and services, maximizing occupancy, minimizing delinquencies, maintaining facility appearance and cleanliness to set standards.
In addition to the independent work environment, we offer a competitive salary, paid vacation/holidays, paid training, incentive program, and participation in our benefits plan after completion of the probationary period. Day shifts only, no nights or statutory holidays. Applicants must be available to work weekends.
