Job description

We are looking for customer service focused Brand Ambassadors to join our team.

MUJI is a growing, global company with products that focus on helping our customers live a simple and pleasant life through the essential nature of objects and ideas. We make good products that exist for good reasons.

**Who are we looking for**:

- 1+ years experience in a retail setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A brand ambassador who can maintain positive relationships with customers, fellow team members, and store management.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the MUJI products
- Flexibility in schedule when needed (weekends, days, evenings holidays, etc.)
- A minimum of 20 hours and 3 days availability per week (please provide availability)

**How will you contribute**:

- Customer Education & Service
- Making our store looks its best
- Restocking the sales floor
- Cashier/Register
- Making great sales through attentive and friendly customer service
- Receive shipments & ensure stock is where is should be
- EC process

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
