About the role:

Are you passionate about advertising and eager to learn from the best? We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our team and immerse themselves in the world of client services. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in all facets of account management, including project coordination, client communication, budget tracking, and supporting the creative process from concept to completion. You'll work closely with experienced Account Managers, Directors and Business Leads, gaining invaluable insights and developing essential skills for a successful career in advertising. Responsibilities:

As an Account Coordinator at T&P your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and collaborating with the wider account team (primarily the Account Supervisor, Account Director and Business Leads) and agency to deliver the best work possible.

  • Understands the production process from A to Z; not only how things get done, but why. Is active vs. passive in their pursuit of this knowledge.

  • Understand simple agency financial management.

  • Works with the Account Director and Business Leads to proactively anticipate budget issues.

  • Assists with day-to-day client requests.

  • Accurately prepares and issues all status, contact reports, meeting notes and budget reports and issues them to the client and agency team.

  • Works with Business Leads to prepare monthly client billings in a detailed and efficient manner.

  • Helps monitor timelines and budgets on projects, alerting Supervisor/Business Leads of any potential problems.

  • Supports the production and execution of campaign work, which includes leading the facilitation of work through studio.

  • Maintains and is the keeper of all relevant brand information and client projects (e.g. client/agency briefs, reels, timing, plans, estimates, reconciliations, research results, etc.).

  • Helps the Account Director / Business Leads set up all client and internal meetings, ensuring reference documents are available and all necessary attendees are present.

  • Understand client and agency structure; how and why decisions are made, who makes them and what's important to them.

  • Support in the development of status updates, contact reports, presentation materials, work back schedules, project briefings, contact reports, and trafficking of materials.

  • Keeps up to date with industry developments.

  • Focuses on delivery and understanding the importance of managing client expectations.

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with agency partners and all agency departments (creative, production, project management, studio, media, finance) through their delivery and focus on detail.

Qualities and Qualifications
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment.

  • You should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and possess a genuine can-do attitude, along with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and strong client relationship building.

  • A knack for presenting information clearly and concisely is key, and a willingness to hone your presentation skills is a plus.

  • A passion for marketing and advertising, combined with a solid understanding of industry trends, is essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Pro is required.

  • Most importantly, we're seeking someone eager to learn, grow within our agency, and advance to an Account Manager role.
