They are currently seeking a **Dental Receptionist**

**What you will be doing**
- Assisting the referring dental & medical community
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collect payments, process billing, and manage financial transactions.
- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care.

**What you will bring**
- **Previous experience in a dental office or a graduate from a dental assistant program**:

- A positive attitude with a welcoming and professional demeanour
- Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using dental management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
