We are recruiting for a Winter Engineering and Development Student to join our team in Saint John, NB. This role offers hands-on experience in property development and project coordination across multiple Atlantic Canadian cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and updating the master plans for various buildings in Saint John, Moncton and Halifax using our project database.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation and digital files to support smooth project tracking and accessibility.

  • Support project closeout by compiling and verifying required documentation.

  • Conduct site visits to gather measurements and data for floor plan creation or updates.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation is current and properly structured.

  • Use AutoCAD software to assist in drafting or updating plans.

  • Communicate site visit findings and observations to the project team.

  • Provide general support for project development and database management as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year student in an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related program

  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD

  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

  • Flexible and reliable 

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards

  • Good written and oral communications skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Valid Driver's Licens

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to Moncton and Halifax with the project team
