We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for a position where they can grow. Our Administrator of Branch Operations provides high-level administrative support to agents, staff and management; and ensures that the office is run in a smooth and professional manner.
**Previous real estate experience is preferred.**
**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
**Location**: Caledon, ON
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Acts as a key resource for agents, providing support and guidance for real estate-related web-based computer programs
- Reception-related tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Answering phones and greeting clients / customers
- Using Broker Bay for appointments and paging.
- Receiving deposit cheques and preparing deposit receipts
- Helping Agents with tasks such as typing, drafting letters and other documents
- Preparing real estate documents (offers, amendments, waivers, etc.)
- Proficient with Transaction Desk.
- Brokerloading MLS listings and managing listing paperwork
- Creating monthly staff schedules / weekly time sheets.
- Assisting the manager with daily operations at the branch level.
- On-boarding of new agents.
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Real Estate experience is required**:
- **Previous administrative experience is required**:
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Very comfortable working with technology, troubleshooting, and learning new programs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
