Woodbridge, Canada Toppits Foods Ltd Full time

Sending delivery orders to carriers and follow up pickup and delivery
- Contacting truckers to get rates, dispatch pick-ups and deliveries for Inbound domestic shipments and cross border shipments from U.S.
- Monitoring shipments in transit including
- Containers from Overseas
- Transfers shipment between East and West coast warehouses
- Freight between local warehouses
- Coordinating sample shipping and receiving for Sales, Procurement, QA and Marketing teams
- Verifying freight invoices
- Coordinating customs clearance and deliveries of inbound shipments via Air, Truck and International Courier
- Troubleshooting any logístical issues that arise
- Maintaining Logistics report and database
- Occasionally picking up air sample from airport warehouse if required
- Periodically handle with Air cargo during weekend
- Taking other duties when required

**Qualifications**
- Supply chain and logistics education an asset
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Minimum 2 years experience in transportation and logistics required
- Language: English fluent; Chinese is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Thrives under pressure
- Ability to lift, push, and slide packages that may weigh up to 50 lbs or more
- Have vehicle and G license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
