Office Administrative Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide clerical support, including filing documents, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff and clients.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably in a Immigration office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and managing communication effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$23.02 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
