**The Job**: As Director of Training and General Manager, you will be the captain of the gym. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to uphold the mission and core values of Speciale Fitness and lead our small team of personal trainers, create a positive experience for members and manage the day-to-day business for profitability.

Our effective program helps people, especially those over 40, who want to look and feel their absolute best.

Speciale Fitness is high-quality small group personal training fitness studio offering month to month membership programs focused on full-body EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) workouts. We have created a program where cutting-edge science meets real, in-the-trenches training.

All group session programming is developed by Speciale Fitness management, therefore taking stress off the studio trainers so they can better focus on adapting the programs to each member’s needs. People have tight schedules, so Speciale doesn't do what big commercial gyms do, working out one body part a day for 5 days a week. Speciale does full body training 1x-3X per week to get the strength training benefits to be more effective and more efficient. Working smarter and not harder. Speciale’s customer target market is a population that has been underserved. The customer avatar is around 40 to 65 years old with an avg HH income $100K+.

**Director Role**:As Director your role will be the general manager of the business and an instrumental part of the studio driving membership sales, hiring. As the Director of Training, you'll be focusing on growing the membership by following up on leads, community networking and engagement, retention, client satisfaction and support, and staff training. Unlike other companies, you'll have direct perks that compensate you based on studio performance.

- A passion for helping and serving others (we are in the relationship business)
- Sales experience in fitness memberships or related fields
- A natural leader who can inspire a team and members to reach their potential (and maybe do a few squats along the way)
- The discipline and ability to follow Speciale's proven model (run the play book)
- Ability to hire, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff
- Strong communication and time management skills (ability to juggle many tasks)

**Position Benefits**:

- Base Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000K/yr
- Incentive Potential: Up to $30,000/yr. (paid monthly based on membership levels and goals)
- Speciale Fitness Certified Trainer Certificate Program (Trained on the Speciale way)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
