F45 Coach

We are looking for energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Training Streetsville team in a part-time capacity. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and studio culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class
- Collaborate with the Team on daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
- Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
- Safely provide modifications/regressions to account for injured members and progressions to members who need a challenge
- Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
- Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class

**Experience & Skills**:

- Must be NASM/ACE/CanFitPro and Red Cross (CPR/AED Certified (or other qualified certifications)
- 2+ years of Personal Training Experience
- Experience in leading small groups or group fitness instruction experience
- F45 Training experience is a bonus
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Having a knack for remembering everyone’s name
- High involvement with social media is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Personal Liability Insurance (preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer Certification (required)
