As a Studio Production Manager in our E-commerce Retail Studio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our production management process. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality content and merchandise for our online retail platform. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day studio operations, internal and external, working closely with photo teams.
- Work with Creative Director to help oversee projects from inception to delivery, including defining the scope of work, schedules, and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with all departments, including Creative, Marketing, Finance, and more.
- Manage financials, POs, and billing for all production-related costs.
- Oversee the delivery of e-commerce photography needs, planning processes, and routines, customized for the unique needs of the clothing e-commerce business.
- Oversee the delivery from the Creative team, ensuring projects are aligned with budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with project management and Marketing team on deadlines, project goals, expectations, and workflows.
- Monitor and communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders, identifying next steps to stay on track and within scope.
- Build a strong freelance team inclusive of producers, assistants, hair and makeup, and props.
- Coordinate with external vendors, production partners, and freelancers as necessary.
- Location scouting and obtaining photography and video permits.
- Model casting.
- Book travel and accommodations for teams when needed.
- Supports and assists production assistants in understanding their role in the production process.
- Manage production team and delegate work to producers.
- Coaching and development of direct reports.

**Experience, Education & Designations**:

- 7+ years' related work experience.

**Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, adhering to budgets and deadlines.
- Proven understanding of the end-to-end design process and its moving pieces.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent team player who is self-motivated and detail-oriented.
