**Position Summary**

We are looking to add a salaried customer service Broker to our team who has experience with:

- Personal Lines Home and Auto
- Small Commercial

**Responsibilities**

Your main responsibility as a Haas Insurance Broker is to manage a book of business. This would include, but is not limited to:

- Respond to incoming calls and service customer day-to-day requests
- Build strong client relationships and advocate on their behalf
- Provide quotes and sign up new clients as well as cross sell existing accounts
- Review and shop customer renewals and complete remarkets when required
- Provide advice and complete policy changes
- Provide claims advice to clients, report claims, follow up on claims

**About You /Job Requirements**
- RIBO licensed
- Personal lines and commercial lines insurance experience (minimum 4 years)
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales skills are an asset
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Every broker has their own office (not a cubicle), all customers must wear a mask to come into our office, and we request that they make appointments prior to coming into the office.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N6K 4L4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
