We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic **Collision Center Manager** to lead our high-performing team and oversee daily operations.
**Job Summary**:
The Collision Center Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Collision Center, including workflow supervision, customer service, staff leadership, and financial performance. This individual will ensure that repair operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations of the Collision Center, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle repairs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff.
- Oversee the repair process from estimate through delivery, ensuring proper documentation and quality control.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory, labor hours, and shop efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental laws.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet profitability and efficiency goals.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in collision repair management or a related automotive leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes, estimating systems and insurance procedures.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and workflow schedules.
- Proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
