Who we are:
Waterdown Collision is a family-run Collision Repair Facility that has been serving the GHA for 50 years. Conveniently located at Highway 5 & Highway 6 in Flamborough, our center is about to expand to a new facility, designed to utilize advanced equipment and modern technology for a 30,000sq ft. state of the art facility.
Position Overview:
Waterdown Collision is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Support person. As an Administrative Support person at Waterdown Collision, you are a crucial part of the team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to make their experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for customers, answering phones promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Cover the reception desk, schedule appointments, book vehicle repairs, and handle car rental and shuttle service arrangements.
- Administrative duties: Perform opening and closing procedures, enter time cards, manage data entry, post and scan invoices, reconcile end-of-day batching, and handle telephone and email requests.
- File and Payment Management: Maintain client files, process payments, and review invoices with customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Office Manager and team. members, sharing insights and addressing issues as needed.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle any other ad hoc duties as required.

What we need from you:
- Alignment with our core values.
- Minimum 2 years to senior experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an added bonus. (e.g., auto collision, dealership, or service).
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Applications, Word and Excel as an asset. and capable of learning new programs as required.
- Experience with industry related software such as Mitchell Repair Centre is an asset.
