Join the team and start a better life for yourself." **Location** - Edmonton **Employment type** - Full Time Permanent **Department** - People & HR **Deadline** - 2025-10-23 **What you'll need to have** University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience **A day in your life with us** Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives. - In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals. - In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change - Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that IKEA is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond P&C experience) **About this work area** - IKEA is all about people, and our team make sure to bring the best people on board to keep our strong spirit of togetherness.
