A Shipping and Receiving Associate at World Meats is responsible for the packaging and management of incoming and outgoing packages in the warehouse. The shift starts at 2:00 PM and continues until the end of the shift.

**Duties**:
**Product Coordination**:

- Manages the receiving, unpacking, and sorting of all products entering World Meats.
- Oversees the shipping, packaging, sorting, and distribution of deliveries

**Inspection and Documentation**
- Follows inspection procedures to ensure product conditions and specifications are met, including weighing, sorting, unpacking, and storage.
- Prepares accurate shipping documents.
- Verify Bills of Lading against Purchase Orders to ensure correct amounts and weights.

**Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintains an organized and efficient warehouse.
- Unload and load trucks.
- Keeps the receiving area clean and orderly.
- Stores supplies/products correctly for easy access.
- Lift, carry, and move products in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations to meet operational needs.

- Analyze equipment malfunctions and communicate requirements to the appropriate personnel.
- Address requests, complaints, or information clarification regarding delivery or documentation issues.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70lbs.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (-10/+4 degrees).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

**Adaptability**:

- Choose appropriate methods, procedures, and policies to maintain an orderly shipping and receiving area.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and show flexibility in adjusting plans.

Pay: $18.00-$22.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
