**Inventory Management**:
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory and Supply Chain Specialist to manage our inventory, oversee purchasing order points, maintain our database, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage Microsoft Dynamics in a manufacturing environment.

**Duties**

**Inventory Management**:

- Design and implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

**Purchasing Order Points**:

- Suggest orders for materials and supplies based on inventory needs and production schedules.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

**Database Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update inventory and procurement databases.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all records.
- Generate reports and analyse data to support decision-making.

**KPI Tracking**:

- Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory turnover, order accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Prepare and present regular KPI reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Manufacturing Experience**:

- Collaborate with production teams to align inventory levels with production needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics Nav or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
