**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Administrator, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving the agency's business development by networking and building relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care services. The Coordinator will oversee and manage sales activities within a defined geographic area, ensuring steady and profitable growth in sales revenue by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing and business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
- Plan and initiate business development opportunities.
- Follow organization's sales system to effectively promote services.
- Make a minimum of 35 sales calls per week.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and potential referral sources within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and create tailored proposals.
- Manage sales accounts and achieve financial goals related to sales and business development.
- Contribute to enhancing social media presence and effectiveness through active participation.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Must have access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Excellent time management and planning abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
