The Shipper I role involves determining methods of shipments and arranging shipping for various AEM products and parts. Additionally, this position entails loading, unloading, transporting, and storing goods. **What You’ll Be Doing** - Receives, packages and stocks Finished Goods - Prepares all required shipping documents - Uses Fed Ex and UPS Shipping Programs - Uses On-Line Shipping Programs from Other Carriers - Packages all shipments ensuring damage will not occur in transit - Organizes and maintains shipping records - Maintains inventories of boxes and packaging materials - Inventory Control as required - Dangerous Goods handling, as required. - Health and safety responsibilities for the department, as required - Performs all duties per the applicable Quality Program Procedure - Completes all other duties as required, including but not limited to assisting with Stores duties **What You’ll Bring** - High school education or equivalent is required. - Ability to do some heavy lifting (< 50lbs) is required. - Ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment. - Ability to work with no supervision and as part of a team. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Forklift experience is an asset. - Export Compliance Awareness
