Salary:
**We are currently looking for the right person to join our team as a **Shipper/Receiver**

**Position Outline**:

- Loading and unloading daily shipping trucks
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments. Including prepare courier waybill information for outgoing orders (domestic and international)
- Record shipment data - tracking numbers, customer info, order number
- Facilitate the receipt of goods by inspecting and counting items received, checking packing slips against purchase orders, recording shortages and/or damages and communicating with Logistics - Admin and Purchaser
- Following purchase order instructions to relocate received goods to allocated staging area or inventory locations
- Convey inventory stock level differences of items being restocked to inventory control personnel
- General cleanup of shipping/receiving area and warehouses. This includes cardboard and garbage disposal daily
- General organization of shipping/ receiving areas daily, relocating all (UN)received goods from outside to inside at the end of each day
- Assembly of crates and containers
- Physical inventory counts as directed by inventory control personnel
- Assist inventory control personnel when requested with general warehouse duties: order picking and packing, etc.
- Assist inventory control personnel when requested to reorganize inventory locations

**General Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- 2+ years in related employment
- High School graduate, Grade 12
- Current driver's license
- Computer literate
- Legible handwriting
- Physically fit (routinely required to lift items up to 25 kilograms)
