**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage hardscaping and landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Oversee installation of patios, driveways, retention walls, fences, and other outdoor features.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior crew members, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery related to hardscaping and construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of stonework, paving, retaining walls, and outdoor carpentry.
- Experience in leading teams and managing job sites.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
- Skilled in using hardscaping tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs** and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in hardscaping, masonry, or construction-related fields.
- Strong plus for Experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, skid steers, etc.).
- First Aid and safety training.

- **Occasional travel to nearby job sites may be required**
