**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Foreman to join our team at White Wolf Homes. In this role, you will perform Carpentry tasks such as framing, foundations, retaining walls, fencing projects, back framing and various tasks needed throughout a project. You will also be responsible for overseeing smaller renovations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be leading small projects such as retaining walls, fencing, foundation work as needed, while also being a member on our carpentry team on larger projects working under our Site Supervisors.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate carpentry work on various construction sites.
- Overlook job site and quality control
- Communicate with Project Manager as needed
- Material pick up / drop off as needed
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Provide guidance and training to apprentice Carpenters
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform carpentry work from framing to finishing work

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter. Experience in finishing work an asset.
- Experience as a lead foreman required
- Strong knowledge of blueprints and schematics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards while adhering to deadlines.

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
