**The Work You Will Do**

As the Recruiter for the Toronto Private Branch, you will be responsible for delivering all sourcing, hiring and onboarding needs for new Caregivers and Nurses. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community workforce strategizing. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the branch has a team available to meet the branch staffing need and objectives.

**Recruitment**
- Plan, strategize, source, screen, hire

**Community Outreach**
- Connect with community groups, educators, applicants

**Onboarding/Training**
- Facilitate paperwork related to onboarding

**Administration**
- Onboard, ATS, HRIS, In-House programs

**Engagement/Retention**
- Work with the Branch team and Field Staff to ensure all staff enjoy the best Bayshore Experience on their employment journey

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- You are an ambassador and advocate of Bayshore’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles and practices
- You have completed a recognized program, such as the Business or HR Administration Program with focus on Recruitment and/or Recruitment experience
- You are social media savvy
- You have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods human resources and recruitment
- You have at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities, as a Recruiter, preferably in health care
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format
- You hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and are willing to commute within the surrounding area
- You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
- Bayshore is in accordance with provincial Accessibility regulations as well as Provincial Human Rights Code legislation._
