**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in veterinary / medical / laboratory technology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficient computer skills using office software and veterinary management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures is a nice-to-have skill but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00-$22.34 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
