**Weins Auto Group** is looking for an **Assistant to Service Manager** **at **Lexus of Richmond Hill.** We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our service team. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and will be an administrative one by nature. In addition to the Service Manager, this role may also involve supporting the administrative duties of the Fixed Operations Manager and the General Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with the service team (Service Advisor, Reception, Service& Express Lube etc.) in assisting and maintaining reports, records, schedules
- Track and update staff vacation and hours
- Assist the service management team in preparing monthly kick-off meetings and daily kick-off meetings
- Assist with health and safety documentation
- Reconcile daily rental and tire storage invoices.
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role within an automotive dealership environment
- Great work ethic with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent coaching and team-building skills
- Professional customer service background
- Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
