**Contexte**
En Amérique du Nord nous comptons une soixantaine de collaborateurs répartis à NYC, Montréal, Chicago, & Dallas.
L’équipe Canadienne est composée d’une trentaine de personnes incluant une Senior Manager, une Business manager, un Chargé de recrutement, et des salariés consultants.

**Poste et missions**
Afin d’accompagner notre croissance au Canada, Quanteam recherche un(e) Business Developer pour déployer nos offres au Canada, en particulier à Toronto.
Basé à Montréal, votre rôle sera de:

- participer au développement du portefeuille clients du cabinet par des actions de prospection auprès des banques et établissements financiers et assuranciels à Toronto
- d’identifier et de recruter les talents qui accompagneront le développement du cabinet sur ce territoire
- participer au suivi de l’équipe de consultants qui sera constituée en local
Cela représente les principales tâches suivantes:
**Volet business développement:

- identifier les acteurs auprès de clients grand-comptes susceptibles d’être intéressés par nos offres
- identifier les futurs partenaires du cabinet pour accélérer notre développement
- assurer le suivi de ses clients / répondre à leurs besoins
- participer aux réponses à appel d’offre / Comprendre les enjeux business et technologiques des clients afin d’identifier des solutions
**Volet talent acquisition:

- Identifier les talents / consultants susceptibles de répondre aux enjeux de nos clients via différents canaux (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, cooptation, networking)
- Rencontrer et valider les talents
- Assurer le suivi des talents
- Suivre les offres de recrutement sur les différents supports
- Travailler en coopération avec les autres entités du groupe QUANTEAM à l’international et en particulier avec l’équipe US basée à NYC
- Suivre la mobilité des consultants du groupe désireux de venir au Canada
- Community Management: Suivre et animer avec le manager les réseaux sociaux
- Participer à l’amélioration des process RH et business au Canada
- Participer à des événements / coworking
**Volet management:

- Assurer le suivi des consultants et des missions du cabinet
