**MISSION AND OBJECTIVES**

Global Banking Operations Americas, supports the business via three units; Loan Servicing Operations, Trade Finance Operations and the Credit Middle Office, each supported by Production Support Teams. The Legal Documentation and Covenant Control Team is part of the Production Support/Middle Office Team. The Responsibilities of the Legal Documentation and Covenant Control Team includes, but is not limited to:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Verify all required Legal Documentation are received, includes verification against the logging location performed by the relevant team within Credit Middle Office. Upload and maintain documents into the internal legal documentation database. - Monitor and update the legal doc/covenant related tracking log.
- Verify pricing language in Credit Agreement referencing LIBOR and/or SOFR
- Review Loan IQ (LIQ) pricing options versus Credit Agreement pricing options
- Upload requested Credit Agreements to Legal Counsel repository site
- Participation in regular IBOR Repapering status calls
- Participation in the response to various audits, including Internal and External audits as well as Regulatory Reviews
- Validate covenants for financing products.
- Prepare monthly notification to account officers for Security Interests searches and continuations.
- Review and distribution of daily and monthly Covenants default and exception reports, as well as additional reports as required.
- Respond to legal document and file requests and any questions relating thereto.
- Log, index, file and archive documentation in the Bank’s Repository Tool
- Maintain strong communications and partnerships within ITO MO, Risk and business partners.
- Other duties assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**

**TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Undergraduate degree
- 4 - 5 years relevant experience specializing in corporate banking documentation and/or documentation control experience in a commercial bank.
- Familiarity with secured lending transitions and complex legal agreements
- **SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS**_
- Bilingualism required (French-English), written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills oral & written
- Able to establish and maintain a team oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks, work under time pressure constraints and to take ownership for the completion of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in daily relations with other departments
- Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour
