**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Be onsite Monday to Friday during scheduled program hours
- Facilitate & guide activities throughout the day
- Follow the provided schedule and facilitate the planned activities in areas of Arts and Crafts, Sports, STEAM, Baking and Cooking, Outdoor Education, Mental Health and Well-being, Social Emotional Learning, and Career Development
- Work to engage and integrate all participants in the daily program
- Assist with daily operations and facility maintenance
- Effectively communicate with other staff, supervisors & families
- Monitor participants throughout the day and always ensure safety
- Keep detailed logs of daily interactions with members, incidents & accidents
- Empower the participants to successfully learn and develop appropriate life skills for their abilities
- Assist in the daily upkeep of the center, equipment and supplies
- Actively participate in all programs and activities

**Qualifications**:
- Emergency First Aid & CPR
- Criminal Reference and/or Vulnerable Sector Check

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
