**Responsibilities**:
***1. Administrative Support**:

- **Organizing and coordinating technicians’ schedules, meetings, and events**
- **Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required**
- **Maintaining accurate records and filing systems**
- **Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and management**

**2. Financial Management**:

- ** Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports**
- **Managing accounts payable and receivable**
- **Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records**
- **Preparing budgets and monitoring expenses**

**3. Human Resource Management**:

- **Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new staff**
- ** Maintaining employee records and updating employee information**
- **Coordinating employee training and development programs ? Assisting with managing employee benefits and leave requests**

**4. Health and Safety**:

- **Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations**
- **Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures**
- **Coordinating emergency response procedures and drills**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, office administration, or related field**
- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail**
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
- ** Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) is an asset**
- ** Overall, the Branch Coordinator in the Fire and Safety Industry plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting the work of the management and staff, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.**
- **Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures is preferred**
