Are you comfortable navigating websites and CMS platforms? Looking for a summer contract that actually connects to your field of study? The ICPC (International Centre for the Prevention of Crime) is hiring a CMS Web Specialist for summer 2025

**Offered through the Young Canada Works in Both Official Languages (students) program**

**Location**: Downtown Montreal (hybrid work model)

**Schedule**: 21 hours/week over 12 weeks

**Pay**: $21/hour

**Start date**: As early as July 2, 2025

**Who we are**

**What you’ll do**:

- Assess the current WordPress website and identify performance issues;
- Recommend the best course of action: updating WordPress or migrating to another CMS (Wix, Drupal, Joomla, etc.);
- Carry out the update or migration according to your recommendation;
- Ensure the website is fast, secure, and aligned with our goals;
- Provide basic training to the team if needed;
- Support the communications team with other web-related tasks.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms;
- Experience with site migration and database management;
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript;
- Experience optimizing website performance and security;
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly;
- Graphic design skills are an asset.

**To be eligible, you must**:

- Be a college, cegep or university student in a related field (e.g. computer science, web development);
- Plan to return to school after the summer;
- Be bilingual (French and English).
