This is an opportunity to come and join our fantastic team. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a full range of accounting and customer service skills. This is a challenging role which offers competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities include: Processing of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll

Customer invoicing, payment collections and bank deposits

Reconciliation of vendor invoices and discrepancy resolution

Government remittances and reporting including GST, PST and WCB

Preparation of bank reconciliations

Providing counter sales customer service Qualifications and skills:
Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping with ability to perform the full accounting cycle

Accounting education preferred

Ability to adapt to and learn new software as required

Ability to perform accounting duties with exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess a positive attitude with a strong ability to work in a challenging environment and handle multiple tasks; prioritize and organize effectively

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision

Construction industry knowledge preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
