Browns is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager who is ready to invest him/herself in the success of the company. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of high-performance marketing activities. You will work with the buying teams and other key stakeholder groups to establish priorities and set business goals structuring activities into an actionable plan. For each activity in the plan, you will be responsible for briefing the creative team on objectives, audiences, channels, selling points, media mix, etc. and ensure that all deliverables align with the agreed upon strategy. In addition, you will make certain that all programmed components are properly QA-ed and deployed across channels, that performance is being optimized in light of the established business objectives, and that all stakeholders are informed of key updates throughout process.
**Responsibilities**:
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the following areas (with the assistance of the Marketing Coordinator):
- Own and manage the marketing calendar
- Work interdepartmentally to build an activity plan based on business objectives
- Formulate activities into an actionable plan
- Liaise with buying groups on product selection, selling points, etc.
- Write business briefs
- Lead initiatives and partner with creative team to ensure that output is aligned with business objectives
- Manage the QA of digital marketing and e-commerce deliverables
- Manage approvals
- Ensure proper communication to key stakeholder groups and partners
- Track budgets
- Monitor, analyze and report on performance
- Oversee the Marketing Coordinator and Merchandise Coordinator
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years working in a marketing department (retail a plus)
- 2+ years team management
- Works collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to plan effectively, prioritize, and manage a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, and requirements, with painstaking attention to detail
- Proven ability to create and manage effective workflows
- Strong organizational skills - you keep yourself and everyone around you on track at all times
- Open and personable - ability to add value in a transparent, collaborative team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to effectively receive and communicate feedback across multiple departments
- Able to perform effectively under tight deadlines with a high degree of uncertainty
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, flexible, positive, team-oriented, solutions thinker, problem solver

Pour chaque activité du plan, vous serez chargé d'informer l'équipe créative sur les objectifs, les publics, les canaux, les arguments de vente, le mix média, etc. et de veiller à ce que tous les produits livrables soient conformes à la stratégie convenue. En outre, vous vous assurerez que tous les éléments du programme sont correctement testés et déployés sur les canaux, que les performances sont optimisées à la lumière des objectifs commerciaux établis et que toutes les parties prenantes sont informées des principales mises à jour tout au long du processus.
Responsabilités
Soutenir le directeur de marketing senior dans les domaines suivants (avec l'aide du coordinateur marketing):
- Posséder et gérer le calendrier de marketing.
- Travailler de manière interdépartementale pour élaborer un plan d'activité basé sur les objectifs commerciaux.
- Formuler les activités dans un plan réalisable
- Assurer la liaison avec les départements des achats sur la sélection des produits, les arguments de vente, etc.
- Rédiger des dossiers commerciaux
- Diriger des initiatives et travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe créative pour s'assurer que les résultats sont conformes aux objectifs commerciaux.
- Gérer l'assurance qualité des produits livrables du marketin
