**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a **trusted advisor** to leaders on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- **Lead and support employee relations cases**, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary or grievance processes.
- **Coach and support leaders** on performance management, engagement, and team development strategies.
- Provide guidance on **employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices** to ensure compliance, consistency, and fairness across all decisions.
- **Contribute to HR policy and program development**, ensuring they reflect current legislation and evolving business needs.
- Partner with leaders to implement **employee engagement, retention, and development strategies**.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Post-secondary education in **Human Resources Management** or a related field (CHRP/CHRL designation preferred).
- **5+ years of HR advisory or generalist experience**, preferably in a multi-site or complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of **employment law, HR policies, and best practices**.
- Proven ability to handle **employee relations** with discretion, fairness, and sound judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and influence at all organizational levels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
