**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and financial reporting.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee records as required.
- Conduct account analysis and assist in budgeting activities to help manage financial performance.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal use or external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
