**Bilingual Client Services Coordinator**

We are hiring a BILINGUAL (French and English) Client Services Coordinator, to work in our Vaughan office on a hybrid work schedule. The Bilingual Client Services Coordinator must support various departments with language translation, job setup, communications, data collection, and analysis review. This position requires a self-directed individual who has the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with client service functions specific to multiple retail clients by providing accurate and detailed retail execution information.
- Create detailed customer reporting using client metrics and sharing insight using our internal reporting system and excel.
- Communicate to our merchandising field reps using our internal job setup and reporting system.
- Translate internal and external documents from English to French.
- Assist with verbal French communication to our internal and external teams.
- Problem-solve and upload training documents online for our field merchandising reps.
- Conduct data analysis, photo review and approval, job setup, data collection and service follow-up calls.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong project administration expertise with exceptional analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detailed and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral English/French)
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
- Retail/Merchandising/Vendor background preferred

**EXPERIENCE**:

- College degree/diploma required
