**Job Description**:
The Supervisor, Airport Operations YUL oversees the team of operations agents, coaching them in all aspects of their work. These agents coordinate all Air Transat operations involving the various stakeholders at the airport. The operations supervisor is also the point of contact between the operations team and the Air Transat station manager.
- The operations supervisor supports the team in the management of daily operations and does the necessary follow-ups in specific situations.
- Ensures that the level of service is respected and that all Air Transat procedures are followed,
- Ensures that Air Transat receives the best possible services, in compliance with established contracts and standards. This also includes the assignments of gates and any follow-up for lack of services within various airport departments,
- The supervisor leads the airport operations team, which includes scheduling and administrative tasks.
- He deals with cases requiring special assistance and ensures good communication with all the departments involved in operations.
- He also participates in various airport meetings and committees.
- He investigates delays, participates in coding them and follows up on services that have not met established requirements.
- He provides root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective action and prepares documentation for invoicing and penalties as agreed with the SLA and subcontractors.
- He supports the department and actively participates in the various training sessions for its agents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school leaving diploma or equivalent;
- Experience or knowledge airport operations, minimum 5 years;
- Excellent ability to manage under pressure;
- Complex decision-making skills;
- Leadership skills to work with and direct multidisciplinary teams
- Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous;
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken
- Resourcefulness, initiative, diplomacy and good organizational skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
