Haulier transport is extension of Action Force transport which is a growing business since its inception more than 17 years ago. The East terminal and headquarters are located at Brampton in Ontario, West terminal in Langley BC and central terminal in Calgary AB. The existing business is of long haul, LTL temperature controlled inter modal transportation from east to west coast in Canada. Haulier transport is exclusively for Canada-US lanes.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Plan the next day deliveries and pick ups and assign drivers.
- Monitor driver activity using tracking tools and regularly contacting them.
- Resolve driver issues related to pick up/delivery and others.
- Update the customer and status of orders in system on daily basis, scheduled, delivered, picked etc.
- Report any shipment refusal due to damage, wrong product with the customer and move to next steps as advised by the customer.
- Dispatch personnel according to work schedules and handle emergency situations.
- Handle load clearance and related cross border activities, coordinating with customers, drivers and custom brokers.

- Manage LTL/FTL pick and deliveries
- Attention to detail
- Fast paced work environment
- Prioritize tasks from most urgent to least urgent and act accordingly
- Knowledge of custom clearance and border formalities.
- Communicate with and manage customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Smart and quick decision maker.
- Reasonable knowledge of GTA and US geographical area.

**Education & Skills**:
Ability to learn. High School diploma. Computer literate.

**Salary**:
Good start based on your abilities plus this position has ample potential of growth.

**Required experience**:
Good truck dispatching experience for US lanes.
