We’re driven by data, taking a highly strategic approach to everything we do, but we also live and breathe creativity and never shy away from big ideas. **The Role** As our Social Media Marketer, you’ll have the opportunity to: - Plan social media calendars for our many clients - Write compelling social media copy for them - Design social media content for them - Deploy all the content - Manage their social media channels - Pitch in on creating other types of marketing materials as needed - Dig into data analysis and reporting - Drive projects forward - Create video and photo content as needed **The Person** - You have 2+ years of relevant experience - You’re detail-oriented and well organized - You have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - You’re a learn-a-holic who stays on top of marketing trends - You’re excited to travel occasionally within North America (must have a valid passport) - You’re resilient and don’t let client feedback get under your skin - You have outstanding spoken and written communication skills - You’re accountable and possess a sense of urgency to get things done - You have the legal right to work in Canada A postsecondary certificate or degree in marketing or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. **No phone calls, please.
