**You as a Quality Coordinator will**:
- Lead and support the effective implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan, operational best practices, and assist with instituting risk management strategies on the project
- Facilitate proper planning of the work to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Oversee the development and implementation of Subcontractor Quality
- Plans and Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs)
- Work closely with EllisDon’s regional/corporate quality team and technical departments to ensure adequate understanding and planning for complex elements of the project. Plenty of on-the-job training and support will be available.
**Is this the right role for you?
- Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, risk management strategies, and quality assurance / quality control activities
- Experience with building envelopes is considered an asset.
- Comfortable in both a field and office setting, or would enjoy a role that requires indoor and outdoor split-time
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, home inspection, and familiarity with quality management systems and practices
- You are a self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
