**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities on the manufacturing floor to ensure timely and efficient output.
- Oversee assembly line operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall repair efficiency.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Lead and train staff on the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
- Monitor production metrics, prepare reports, and communicate progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- maintain profit standards and efficiency standards for all production relatred departments
- Assign work to appropriate technicianstaking into consideration ability, workload, and fair distribution
- Verify that all pasrts are received necessary to complete each repair
- assist technicians in establishing daily work priorities
- Monitor quality control through all stages of the repair process
- perform final quality control on every vehicle beforre delivery

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings, with a strong background in assembly line management.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing machinery and assembly processes.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred for managing inventory and logistics effectively.
- Familiarity with factory safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and process control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
