**Lakeside Grill **at Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club is currently recruiting for a **full-time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager **to join our team The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to** lead and develop the Front of House Team** while ensuring that **exceptional service is delivered to our Guests**.

**WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT**

- Manage Restaurant floor, Board Rooms, and Events to ensure **operations run smoothly**.
- Assist with **budgeting**, **ordering**, and **monitoring** inventory and deliveries.
- Plan marketing and **promotional campaigns** for the Food & Beverage Department.
- Implement policies and procedures for the department.
- ** Liaise** with the Sales & Events team to ensure clients' needs and expectations are exceeded.
- Help **develop** ongoing training programs for events, food service, and bar production.
- Lead the planning and delivery service for **special events**.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to assure the highest level of **teamwork** and Guest satisfaction.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- ** 3 years’ experience** in Food & Beverage role; preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- ** Passion** for people and helping team members achieve their goals.
- POS knowledge and programming.
- Exceptional **communication** and organizational skills.
- Physical strength, able to carry 40lbs.
- Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
- ** Multi-tasking** proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
