Our client is a well established and growing asset based trucking and transportation provider based in Milton, ON. They provide a range of services including dedicated contract carriage and domestic and cross border TL into the USA and Mexico. They are looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join their team. The position is responsible to lead Business Development activities focusing on strategic accounts. The right person will have significant senior level sales and business development experience in transportation ideally including fleet outsourcing. In addition, the right person will have excellent people, communication and managerial skills, strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills and a desire to be part of a growing and successful company.

This position comes with a very competitive compensation plan including base, bonus, car allowance and benefits.

**Salary**: $160,000.00-$165,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
Business Development: 5 years (required)
Truck Transportation Sales: 5 years (required)
