**Position Summary**:
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Carpenter to join our team. This role involves all aspects of residential construction, from framing and structural work to fine finishing. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction, with opportunities to expand your skills and advance within our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform framing, structural work, and finishing carpentry according to high standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Communicate effectively with the team and, occasionally, with clients to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry experience.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and code compliance.
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
