Experienced Carpenter

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Build frameworks, including door frames, window frames, and staircases.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Install siding, roofing, and other exterior elements to enhance building aesthetics and functionality.
- Fabricate custom pieces as needed for specific projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during construction tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation processes.
- Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents such as schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
